The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing department to enhance our visual communications. If you have a knack for transforming dense text into visually appealing content with graphics, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities include:
Develop compelling layouts and graphics for digital and print collateral, maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
Utilize expertise in layout design to enhance the visual representation of proposals and presentations, particularly in response to construction RFPs (Request for Proposals).
Transform lengthy blocks of text into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content by incorporating graphics, images, and other visual elements.
Create infographics, illustrations, and other graphical elements to enhance the overall presentation of written content.
Ensure consistency in design aesthetics, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all materials.
Leverage knowledge of the ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry to bring a nuanced understanding to design projects.
Graphic Designer Required Qualifications:
5+ Years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience creating long format templates in InDesign, ensuring consistency and efficiency in document production.
Portfolio showcasing exceptional layout design skills and the ability to transform textual content into visually appealing designs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, design certification, or 8 years of equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
